Donna Packard, M.Ed. C.A.G.S

Donna is a seasoned education and human services professional, who has served numerous roles in these fields. She has designed and facilitated many workshops for parents and K-12 educators. Topics included communication, conflict resolution, stress management, building self-esteem and self-worth. For 12 years, she directed an education program for homeless children and adults, including the motivational goal setting program, “Systems for Success: Pathways to Self Reliance”, and then trained adult educators and human service organizations, throughout N.H., to implement the program with their students and clients.

Donna has also designed and instructed graduate level professional development courses for K-12 teachers at the American Institute of Creative Education. These included bullying prevention and intervention, as well as programs to nurture and foster students’ and teachers’ gifts. Donna is a contributor to Dr. Caron Goode’s Nurture Your Child’s Gift: Inspired Parenting.  

Additionally, she designed and facilitated hundreds of personal and professional development programs, workshops and classes for community organizations, businesses, schools, and churches, as well as presenting at conferences locally and nationally.

Donna is also a Certified Breathwork Facilitator, as well as an author, singer-songwriter, musician, and recording artist.
